Kashmir Valley has been a witness to many Natural Calamities and Disasters affecting the lives of the common man. Athrout has always worked at the forefront of such calamities and has tried to reach out to as many people as possible.
Athrout worked tirelessly during the 2014 floods, carrying out rescue operations in Srinagar City and providing relief material in the flood hit areas. Athrout has worked during Medical Emergencies also. During the 2015 Swine Flu scare, we raised awareness amongst people, distributed masks, gloves, medicines etc.
Athrout has been actively working during the outbreak of Corona Virus in the Kashmir Valley. We have distributed masks, gloves, PPE Kits, Sanitizers and also provided medical and essential support to the families affected by the lockdown. Besides, Athrout has donated 6 state of the art ventilators to the Chest Diseases Hospital, Srinagar.
Athrout has also tried to provide shelter, food, clothes and basic necessities to the people whose lives have been affected by a tragic fire incident.
To rate Athrout is impossible because they are doing Something that only Allah can reward them in jannah. My wish and my prayers are always with Athrout and Kashmir
